 Solidification tank is made of 316L and 304 stainless steel. According to GMP standard, Internal wall, blending spindle and paddle are polished, and are easy to clean. Driving part adopts horizontal drive to make whole dynamic part lower than generally average height in China. The structure is compact, and it is easy to dismantle with balanced drive. Spindle in blender has big diameter and small number of rotation. The flat paddle and anchor paddle with great torque are on two layers, and blend stably to achieve even heat during solidification for good quality of glues. This type of solidification tank not only can ensure refrigeration, adhesiveness and water content of glue, but save energy, and improve working conditions.
